RESOLUTION NO.

RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Monroe County, Florida, to make a budgeted transfer pre-
viously set up in the Monroe County Budget for the year 1961-62, now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSION-
ERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the budgeted transfer pre-
viously set up in the Monroe County Budget for the year 1961-62 in
the amount hereinafter set forth be transferred to and from the follow-
ing funds:
FINE AND FORFEITURE FUND
Transfer from Item #951, Contingency, the sum of $3, 150,00
to Item # 369, Other Criminal Expense s,
BE IT FUR THER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of
said Board be, and he is hereby authorized to take the necessary action
to effect the transfer of funds as hereinbefore set forth.
