RESOLUTION NO. 6 -1962
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT FOR RECORD
WHEREAS, the North Shore Bank of Miami Beach, a Florida
banking corporation, as Trustee, has requested that the Board of Coun-
ty Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, approve for record in
accordance with Section 177, Florida Statutes 1953, a plat known as
"VENETIAN SHORES PLAT NO.3, in Government Lot 1, Section 14,
Twp. 63 S., Rge. 37 E., Plantation Key, Monroe County, Florida", and
WHEREAS, the County Tax Assessor has recommended that said
Board approve said plat for record, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the plat known as "VENETIAN
SHORES PLAT NO.3, in Government Lot l, Section 14, Twp. 63 S., Rge,
37 E., Plantation Key, Monroe County, Florida", be, and the same is
hereby approved for record, and the Chairman and the Clerk of said Board
are hereby authorized to sign the certificate of approval on said plat,
