WHEREAS, George W. Miller and Hazel M. Miller, his wife, Roy E.
Weinzettel and Margaret H. Weinzettel, his wife, John E. Walsh and Irene
E. Walsh, his wife, W. O. Rackley and Lillian Rackley, his wife, Raymond
A. St. John and Leatrice L. St. John, his wife, Frank A. Street and Mar-
jorie J. Street, his wife, Bruce Sprakties and Mary Sprakties, his wife,
Henry Siefke and Hildreth B. Siefke, his wife, Edward J. Deegan and
Dorothy M. Deegan, his wife, Resler S. Barrows and Margaret K. Barrows,
his wife, de sire to convey certain lands to the County of Monroe, a political
subdivision of the State of Florida, for road purposes, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, desires to accept said conveyance, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNT Y COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following described land in
Monroe County, Florida, described as:
All of Hazel Lane, running in a Northerly and Southerly di-
rection as set forth on the Plat of Farara Shores, a sub-
division according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book
4, page 15, of the Public Records of Monroe County, Flori-
da, together with the Westerly twenty (20) feet of Tract A of
Farara Shore s, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in
Plat Book 4, page 15, of the Public Records of Monroe Coun-
ty, Florida,
being deeded by the above named grantors to the County of Monroe, State of
Florida, for road purposes, be, and the same is hereby accepted and appro-
ved, and the Chairman and the Clerk of said Board be, and they are hereby
authorized to execute the necessary acceptance en said deed of conveyance,
and cause same to be recorded in the Public Records of Monroe County,
Florida.
