RESOLUTION NO. 22 -1962
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT FOR RECORD
WHEREAS, Enchanted Island, Inc., a Florida corporation, Kirby
L. McClain, Jr. and Ardina M. McClain, his wife, have requested that
the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, approve
for record in accordance with Section 177, Florida Statutes 1953, a plat
known as "KEY HAVEN - 7th ADDITION, a subdivision of part of Gov't.
Lot 1, Section 26, Twp. 67 S., Rge. 25 E., and adjacent submerged lands,
Raccoon Key, Monroe County, Florida", and
WHEREAS, the County Tax Assessor has recommended that said
Board approve said plat for record, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the plat known as "KEY HAVEN _
7th ADDITION, a subdivision of part of Gov't. Lot 1, Section 26, Twp. 67
S., Rge. 25 E., and adjacent submerged lands, Raccoon Key, Monroe
County, Florida" be, and the same is hereby approved for record, and
the Chairman and the Clerk of said Board are hereby authorized to sign
the certificate of approval on said plat.
