RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT FOR RECORD
WHEREAS, Lime Grove Estates, Inc., a Florida corporation,
has requested that the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, approve for record in accordance with Section 177, Florida
Statutes 1953, a plat known as "LIME GROVE ESTATES, Section 1 in
Gov't. Lots 1 & 2, and the S. W. 1/4 - N. W. 1/4, Section 13. Twp.
62 S., Rge. 38 E., and part of Tracts 5 & 5A, Southcliff Estates, P. B.
2 - 45, and adjacent submerged land, on Key Largo, Monroe County,
Florida", and
WHEREAS, the County Tax Assessor has recommended that said
Board approve said plat for record, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the plat known as "LIME GROVE
ESTATES, Section 1 in Gov't. Lots 1 & 2, and the S. W. 1/4 - N. W. 1/4,
Section 13, Twp. 62 S., Rge. 38 E., and part of Tracts 5 & 5A, South-
cliff Estates, P. B. 2 - 45, and adjacent submerged land, on Key Largo,
Monroe County, Florida" be, and the same is hereby approved for record,
and the Chairman and the Clerk of said Board are hereby authorized to
sign the certificate of approval on said plat.
