RESOLUTION NO. 38 -1962
RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Board of County Commissioners
of Monroe County, Florida, to make budgeted transfers previously set up
in the Monroe County Budget for the year 1961-62, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the budgeted transfers previously
set up in the Monroe County Budget for the year 1961-62 in the amounts
hereinafter set forth be transferred to and from the following funds:
GENERAL REVENUE FUND
Transfer from Item #951, Contingency, the sum of $1,540.00
to Item #537, Sanitary Land Fill.
Transfer from Item #951, Contingency, the sum of $500.00 to
Item #225, Commissions, Tax Collector.
Transfer from Item #951, Contingency, the sum of $500. 00 to
Item #329.02, Insolvent Defendants, Criminal Court.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and he is hereby authorized to take the necessary action to effect
the transfer of funds as hereinbefore set forth.
