RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT FOR RECORD
WHEREAS, Florida Keys Engineering, Inc" a Florida corporation,
has requested that the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, approve for record in accordance with Section 177, Florida Statutes
1961, a plat known as "CUTTHROAT HARBOR ESTATES - FIRST ADDITION
ON TWO SHEETS, a subdivision of Gov't. Lot 2, Section 33, Twp, 66 S. ,
Rge. 28 E., and Gov't. Lot 1, Section 4, Twp. 67 S" Rge, 28 E., Cud-
joe Key, Monroe County, Florida", and
WHEREAS, the County Tax Assessor has recommended that said
Board approve said plat for record, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the plat known as "CUTTHROAT
HARBOR EST A TES - FIRST ADDITION ON TWO SHEETS, a subdivision of
Gov't. Lot 2, Section 33, Twp, 66 S., Rge. 28 E., and Gov1t, Lot 1, Sec-
tion 4, Twp. 67 S., Rge. 28 E., Cudjoe Key, Monroe County, Florida" be,
and the same is hereby approved for record, and the Chairman and the
Clerk of said Board are hereby authorized to sign the certificate of appro-
val on said plat.
