Resolution 046-1962 J~ RESOLUTION NO. 46 -1962 WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Monroe County, Florida, at a public hearing on May 25, 1962, duly called and held in accordance with the zoning regulations of Monroe County, Florida and the laws of the State of Florida, considered the request of A. C. Zimmerman for a change in zoning on Square 44, Sands Subdivision, Plat Book 1, Page 65, Monroe County, Flori- da Records, from Classification RU-l to RU-4, as defined in the Monroe County Zoning Regulations, and WHEREAS, after taking testimony for and against said request, said Board granted said request, and WHEREAS, Glen H. Dunlap and other adjacent property owners filed their appeal with the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, in accordance with the laws applicable thereto, asking said Board to reverse the decision of the Monroe County Zoning Board, and WHEREAS, on July 10, 1962, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida heard such appeal, and after reviewing the record and proceedings and action taken at said public hearing held on May 25, 1962 by the Zoning Board of Monroe County, Florida, and after taking testimony for and against the action requested in said appeal, by unanimous vote re- versed the decision of said Zoning Board, and WHEREAS, it is necessary to pass a Resolution reversing the decision of said Zoning Board, now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the decision of the Monroe County Zoning Board, made at its public hearing held on May 25, 1962, granting the request of A. C. Zimmerman for a change in zoning on Square 44, Sands Subdivision, Plat Book 1, Page 65, Monroe County, Florida, Records, from Classification RU -1 to RU -4, as set forth in the Monroe County Zoning Regu- lations be, and the same is hereby reversed, and the said A. C. Zimmerman is hereby denied a change in zoning on Square 44, Sands Subdivision, Plat Book I, Page 65, Monroe County, Florida, Records, from Classification RU-I to RU-4, as set forth in the Monroe County Zoning Regulations.
