Resolution 086-1962RESOLUTION NO.-86-1962 WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment of Monroe County, Florida, at a public hearing on September 28, 1962, duly called and held in accordance with the zoning regulations, of Monroe County, Florida and the laws. of the State of Florida, considered the request of A. F. Parmelee for a variance to the side setback requirements. on Lot 7, Tea Table' Park, Plat Book 2, Page 44, Public Records of Monroe County, Florida, to permit construc- tion,of a residence within 2 feet of the side property line, as defined in the Monroe County Zoning Regulations, and WHEREAS, after taking testimony for and against said request, said Board granted said request, provided that the. building to be constructed causes no damage to adjacent property, and WHEREAS, .George Stapleton filed his appeal with the Board of Coun- ty Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida., asking said Board to re- verse the decision of the Board of Adjustment, and WHEREAS, on December 4, 1962, the Board of County Commissioners. of Monroe County, Florida heard such appeal, and after reviewing the record and proceedings and action taken at said public hearing held on September 28, 1962, by the Board of Adjustment, and after taking testimony for and against the action requested in said appeal, by unanimous vote upheld the decision of said Board of Adjustment, and WHEREAS, it is necessary to pas.s a. Resolution upholding the decision of said Board of Adjustment,, -now, therefore, BE. IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the decision of the Board of Adjustment of Monroe County; Florida,, made at it.s public Bearing held on September 28, 1962, granting the request of A. F. Parmelee for a variance to the side set- back requirements on Lot 7, Tea Table Park, Plat Book 2, Page 44, Public Records of Monroe County, Florida, to permit construction of a residence within 2 feet of the side property line, be, and the same is hereby. upheld.
