WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Monroe County, Florida, at a public
hearing on October 26, 1962, duly called and held in accordance with the
zoning regulations of Monroe County, Florida. and the laws of the State of
Florida, considered the request of Lydia .Jensen for a change in zoning on
Part of Lot 9, Plat Book 1, Page 59, Public Records of Monroe County,
Florida, from Classification ,GU to RU-5, as defined in the Monroe County
Zoning Regulations, and
WHEREAS, after taking testimony for said request, said Board de-
nied said request, and
WHEREAS, the said Lydia Jensen filed, her appeal with the Board of
County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, in accordance with the
laws applicable thereto, asking said Board to reverse the decision of the
Monroe County Zoning Board, and
WHEREAS, on December 4, 1962, the Board of County Commissioners
of Monroe County, Florida heard such appeal, and after reviewing the re-
cord and proceedings and, action taken at said public hearing held on Oc-
tober 26, 1962, and after taking testimony for the action requested in said
appeal, by unanimous vote reversed the decision of said Zoning Board, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to pass a Resolution reversing the decision .
of said Zoning Board, now, therefore,
BE IT- RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the decision of the Monroe' County Zon-
ing Board, made at its public hearing held on October 26, 1962, denying the
request of Lydia Jensen for a change in zoning on Part of Lot 9, Plat Book 1,
Page 5.9, Public Records of Monroe County, Florida, from Classification GU
to RU-5, as set.forth in the Monroe County Zoning Regulations, be, and the
same is. hereby reversed., and the said Lydia Jensen is hereby granted a
change in zoning on Part of Lot 9, Plat Book 1, Page 59, Public Records of
Monroe County, Florida, from Classification GU to RU-5, as set forth in
the Monroe County Zoning Regulations.
