RESOLUTION NO. 90 -1962
WHEREAS, the Fine and Forfeiture Fund of the Monroe County
Budget for the year 1962-63 has on time deposit in a Bank the sum of
$50, 000. 00, and to withdraw said sum from said Bank prior to February
16, 1963 would cause Monroe County, Florida to lose approximately
$750. 00 in interest, and.

WHEREAS, there is. a shortage nsaid Fine and Forfeiture Fund,

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida desires to borrow the sum of $40, 000. 00 from the Road and Bridge
Fund of said Budget, in which there is. presently a surplus, and to pay back
said sum from the Fine and. Forfeiture Fund during the current budget year,
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the sum of $40, 000. 00 be, and the
same is hereby borrowed from the Road and Bridge Fund of the Monroe
County Budget for the year 1962-63, and the Clerk of said Board be, and he
is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers to accomplish same.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the said sum of
$40, 000. 00 be paid back to the said Road and Bridge Fund from the Fine
and Forfeiture Fund of said Budget some time after February 16, 1963,
during the current budget year.
