RESOLUT ION NO.
1 -1963
WHEREAS, Margaret Edley and Neil Friedin, acting by and through
their attorney, M. Ignatius Lester, filed their petition requesting that the
Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida rescind the
action taken by said Board on November 27, 1962 under Resolution No.
84-1962, wherein said Board reversed the action of the Board of Adjust-
ment of Monroe County, Florida in denying the request of Al Lind to reverse
the decision of the Zoning Director that a junkyard on Lot 31, Sacarma
Subdivision, Plat Book 2, Page 48, Public Records of Monroe County,
Florida, existed as a non-conforming use prior to the adoption of zoning
regulations for Monroe County, Florida, and
WHEREAS, said Board, after considering said petition for rescission
of the action taken by it under said Resolution No. 84-1962, desires to de-
ny said petition for rescission, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the petition for rescission filed by
M. Ignatius Lester, as attorney for Margaret Edley and Neil Friedin, re-
questing said Board to rescind the action taken by it on November 27, 1962
under Resolution No. 84-1962, be, and the same is hereby denied.
