WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment of Monroe County, Florida, at
a public hearing on February 23 1962, duly called and held in accordance
with the zoning regulations of Monroe County, Florida and the laws of the
State of Florida, considered the request of Perry H. Gilleland and Venetia
B. Gilleland for a special use permit variance to allow trailer occupancy
on Lots 1 to 10, inclusive, Block 32A, Big Pine Cove, a Subdivision re-
corded in Plat Book 3, page 131, of the Public Records of Monroe County,
Florida, which said lands were classified RU-3, as defined in the Monroe
County Zoning Regulations, and
WHEREAS, after taking testimony for said request, said Board de-
nied said request, and
WHEREAS, the said Perry H. Gilleland and Venetia B. Gilleland
filed their appeal with the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe Coun-
ty, Florida, in accordance with the laws applicable thereto, asking said
Board to reverse the decision of the Board of Adjustment, and
WHEREAS, on May 15, 1962, the Board of County Commissioners
of Monroe County, Florida heard such appeal, and continued said hearing
until April 9, 1963, at which time, after reviewing the record and pro-
ceedings and action taken at said public hearing held on February 23, 1962,
and after taking testimony for the action requested in said appeal, voted to
reverse the decision of said Board of Adjustment, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to pass a Resolution reversing the decision
of said Board of Adjustment, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the decision of the Board of Adjust-
ment, made at its public hearing held February 23, 1962, denying the re-
quest of Perry H. Gilleland and Venetia B. Gilleland for a special use per-
mit variance to allow trailer occupancy on Lots 1 to 10, inclusive, Block

3ZA, Big Pine. Cove, .a Subdivision recorded in Plat Book 3, page 13.1,
of the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida, which said lands were
classified RU-3, as defined in the Monroe County Zoning Regulations, be,
and the same is hereby reversed, and the said Perry H. .Gilleland and
Venetia B. Gilleland be, and they are hereby granted a special use per-
mit variance to allow trailer occupancy on Lots. 1 to 10, inclusive, Block
3ZA, Big Pine Cove, a ,Subdivision recorded in Plat Book 3, page 131,
of the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida, said lands being clas-
sified RU-3, as defined. in the Monroe County Zoning Regulations..
