Resolution 020-1963 RESOLUTION NO. 20 -1963 WHEREAS, George E. Ziemer and Marion Ziemer, his wife, Ethel R. Reinart and Walter E. Reinart, her husband, Gillermo L. Power and America Power, his wife, Harold S. Criner and Virginia H. Criner, his wife, August Jackson, a single man, Dennis H. Mayo and Caroline L. Mayor, his wife, Elmo Farris and Leota Farris, his wife, Jack A. James and Elizabeth C. James, his wife, Alfonso Canta and Julia Canta, his wife, and Maria Maples Saunders and George Saunders, her husband, desire to convey certain lands to the County of Monroe, State of Florida, for road purposes, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, desires to accept said conveyances, now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following described land in Monroe County, Florida, described as: The Southerly five (5) feet of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, and the Northerly five (5) feet of Lots 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24, all being in Block 6, Anglers Park Shores, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 148, of the Public Re- cords of Monroe County, Florida; being deeded by George E. Ziemer and Marion Ziemer, his wife, Ethel R. Reinart and Walter E. Reinart, her husband, Gillermo L. Power and America Power, his wife, Harold S. Criner and Virginia H. Criner, his wife, August Jackson, a single man, Dennis H. Mayo and Caroline L. Mayo, his wife, Elmo Farris and Leota Farris, his wife, Jack A. James and Elizabeth C. James, his wife, Alfonso Canta and Julia Canta, his wife, and Maria Maples Saunders and George Saunders, her husband, to the County of Monroe, State of Florida, for road purposes, be, and the same is hereby accepted and approved, and the Chairman and the Clerk of said Board be, and they are hereby authorized to execute the necessary accep- tance on said deeds of conveyance, and cause same to be recorded in the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida.
