RESOLUTION NO. 226-1993
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA,
APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE CITIZENS'
ADVISORY TASK FORCE COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, the Citizens' Advisory Task Force was appointed by the Board of
County Commissioners; and
WHEREAS, this Committee was created to provide input and secure cItizen
participation in the Small Cities Community Development Block ~t ~_as r~~by

WHEREAS, there is no expiration date for the member's terms; ~~ ~

WHEREAS, Committee members must reside within unincorporateQ:, MOnroe

County to actively participate on this Committee; and
WHEREAS, Committee member, Deputy Sam Hockett, no longer resides within
unincorporated Monroe County; and
WHEREAS, the Committee will be conducting meetings regarding the Small Cities
Community Development Block Grant Program;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, that effective this date, the Board hereby
appoints Jeffrey D. Smith to the Citizens' Advisory Task Force Committee. There is no
expiration date for this appointment.
PASSED AND ADOPTED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held on the 26th day of May
