Resolution 024-1963RESOLUTION NO. 24 -1963 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners. of Monroe County, Florida, has been petitioned by owners of lands, abutting upon the herein- after described park to renounce and. disclaim any right of the County or the public in and, to the lands dedicated for park purposes, and WHEREAS, in accordance with the provisions of Chapters. 125 and. 336, Florida, Statutes 1961, due notice has. been published that a public hearing would be held on April 23, 1963 at 2:0.0 .P. M. in the Monroe Coun- ty Court House at Key West, Florida, and notice of said public hearing has, been mailed to all land owners. owning lots or parcels of land in the sub- division. in which the hereinafter described park was dedicated, and proof of mailing such notice to said land, owners has. been filed with the Board of County Commissioners by the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Monroe County, Florida., and WHEREAS, at said public hearing, no objections. were made to the renouncing and disclaiming of any right of the County and the public in. and to the hereinafter described lands., delineated on the hereinafter described plat as, a park, now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE. BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, OF MONROE .COUNTY, FLORIDA that said Board. hereby renounces and disclaims ,any right of the County and. the public in and to the following de - .scribed lands, dedicated for park purposes, to. -wit: That area abutting on Shoreland Drive and lying between Lot 10, Block 8 and Lot 1, Block 15, designated as PARK, a.s shown on plat known as.
