RESOLUTION NO. 3 8 -1963
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT FOR RECORD
WHEREAS, Sunrise Realty Company, Inc., a Florida corporation,
has requested that the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, approve for record in accordance with Section 177, Florida
Statutes 1961, a plat known as "AMENDED PLAT OF LAKE HARBOR,
in Gov1t. Lots 4 &: 5, Section 5, Twp. 63 South, Rge. 38 East, on Planta-
tion Key, Monroe County, Florida", and
WHEREAS, the County Tax Assessor has recommended that said
Board approve said plat for record, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the plat known as "AMENDED
PLAT OF LAKE HARBOR, in Gov't. Lots 4 &: 5, Section 5, Twp. 63 South,
Rge. 38 East, on Plantation Key, Monroe County, Florida", be, and the
same is hereby approved for record, and the Chairman and the Clerk of
said Board are hereby authorized to sign the certificate of approval on
said plat.
