RESOLUTION NO. Id -1964
WHEREAS, the property owners in the area of Popts Motel, Key
Largo, Monroe County, Florida, adjacent to U. S. Highway #1, and in
the area of Blackmonts Garage, Plantation Key, Monroe County, Florida,
adjacent to U. S. Highway #1, have requested the Board of County Com-
missioners of Monroe County, Florida to request the State Road De-
partment to place cross-overs in said area, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the State Road Department be,
and it is hereby requested to place the following cross-overs on U. S.
Highway #1 :
(1) In front of Pop1s Motel, on Key Largo, Monroe County,
Florida.
(2) Near Blackmon's Garage, on Plantation Key, Monroe
County, Florida.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of
said Board be, and he is hereby authorized to forward certified copies of
this Resolution to the State Road Department for appropriate action.
