RESOLUTION NO.
21 -1964
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida desires to renounce and disclaim any right of the County and the
public in and to the hereinafter described street, alley-way, road or high-
way as delineated on the hereinafter described map or plat, and

WHEREAS, under Chapter 336, Florida Statutes 1963, it is neces-
sary to hold a public hearing after publishing due notice of said hearing in
accordance with said Chapter, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that at 8:00 P. M. Tuesday, August 11,
1964, said Board will hold a public hearing to determine whether or not
said Board will renounce and disclaim any right of the County and the pub-
lic in and to the following described street, alley-way, road or highway:
On Raccoon Key, Monroe County, Florida, and is part of
Key Haven Road according to the plat of Key Haven, Eighth
Addition as recorded in Plat Book 5 at Page 61 of Monroe
County Public Records and is more particularly described
as follows:
Begin at the southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 1 according to
said plat; thence North 32 degrees 43 minutes no seconds
West along the southwesterly line of Key Haven Road a dis-
tance of 765 feet to a point; thence North 57 degrees 17 min-
utes no seconds East and along the northwesterly line of Key
Haven Road a distance of 45 feet to a point; thence South 32
degrees 43 minutes no seconds East a distance of 647.78
feet to a point; thence South 11 degrees 43 minutes no seconds
East a distance of 125.56 feet back to the point of beginning.
BE IT FUR THER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and he is hereby ordered to publish notice of said meeting in
accordance with the provisions of Chapter 336, Florida Statutes 1963.
