RESOLUTION NO. 26 -1964
RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Board of County Commissioners
of Monroe County, Florida, to make budgeted transfers previously set up
in the Monroe County Budget for the year 1963-64, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that1he budgeted transfers previously
set up in the Monroe County Budget for the year 1963 -64 in the amounts
hereinafter set forth be transferred to and from the following funds:
GENERAL REVENUE FUND
Transfer from Item #272, Travel and Expenses, State Repre-
sentatives, the sum of $1,348.39 to Item #312, Salaries, Clerk
Criminal Court and Deputies.
Transfer from Item #951, Contingency, the sum of $3,500.00
to Item #531, Maintenance, County Home.
Transfer from Item #858, Capital Outlay, Recreation Parks
and Beaches, the sum of $3,283.72 to Item #683, Recreation
Parks and Beaches.
Transfer from Item #855, Capital Outlay, Civil Defense, the
sum of $653.20 to Item #672, Civil Defense.
Transfer from Item #214, Salaries, Tax Assessor, the sum of
$2,496.77 to Item #676, Zoning Department.
Transfer from Item #214, Salaries, Tax Assessor, the sum of
$500.00 to Item #811. 01, Capital Outlay, County Offices.
FINE AND FORFEITURE FUND
Transfer from Item #951, Contingency, the sum of $2,842.31
to Item #319.01, Salaries and Expenses, Juvenile Counselors.
Transfer from Item #329, Insolvent Defendants, Salaries, Re-
porter Criminal Court, the sum of $1,457.69 to Item #319.01,
Salaries and Expenses, Juvenile Counselors.
ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND
Transfer from Item #441, Roads Built by Contract, the sum of
$1,500.00 to Item #422, Maintenance of Equipment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and he is hereby authorized to take the necessary action to effect
the transfer of funds as hereinbefore set forth.
