Resolution 031-1964 RESOLUTION NO. 31-1964 WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment of Monroe County, Florida, at a public hearing on May 29, 1964, duly called and held in accordance with the zoning regulations of Monroe County, Florida and the laws of the State of Florida, considered the request of Carl E. Lindback for a variance to second-story setback requirements on Part of Lot 1, Section 6, Township 64 South, Range 37 East, Upper Matecumbe, Monroe County, Florida, and WHEREAS, after taking testimony for said request and hearing all persons desiring to be heard, said Board denied said request; and WHEREAS, the said Carl E. Lindback filed his appeal with the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, in accordance with the laws applicable thereto, asking said Board to reverse the decision of the Board of Adjustment; and WHEREAS, on June 23, 1964, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida heard such appeal, and after reviewing the record and proceedin~s and action taken at said public hearing held May 29, 1964, and after taking testimony for the action requested in said appeal, and hear- ing all persons desiring to be heard, voted to reverse the decision of said Board of Adjustment; and WHEREAS, it is necessary to pass a Resolution reversing the decision of said Board of Adjustment, now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the decision of the Board of Adjustment of Monroe County, Florida, made at its public hearing held May 29, 1964, denying the request of Carl E. Lindback for a variance to second-story set- back requirements on Part of Lot 1, Section 6, Township 64 South, Range 37 East, Upper Matecumbe, Monroe County, Florida, be, and the same is hereby reversed, and the said Carl E. Lindback be, and he is hereby grant- ed the variance to second-story setback requirements as requested. August 11th , 1964. Dated
