WHEREAS, the tax roll for the year 1964 has been equalized by the
Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, and the
Assessor of Taxes of Monroe County, Florida has certified the valuation
thereon and the budget for each fund has been adopted by said Board, and
WHEREAS, the Central and Southern Florida Flood Control District
has certified the millage to be levied. for said District on.lands in Monroe
County, Florida, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the millage to be levied for the
year 1964 for the Central and. Southern Florida Flood Control District on
lands in Monroe County, Florida is hereby adopted as Seventy-five One -
hundredths Mill (.75 mill).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of said Board be, and he
is hereby directed to certify the above levied millage to the County Assessor
of Taxes.
