WHEREAS, the Buccaneer Development Corporation, a Florida
corporation, has previously placed on record a Plat known as "BUCCANEER
BEACH ESTATES, a Subdivision of GovIt. Lots 3,4,5,6 & 7, Section 19;
GovIt. Lot 14, Section 20; Gov1t. Lot 3, Section 29; & Govtt. Lot 1, Section
30, Twp. 66 S., Rge. 29 E., Middle Torch Key, Monroe County, Florida,"
and
WHEREAS, included in said subdivision is an unnamed island, and
WHEREAS, the owners of said subdivision desire to name said island
"Pieces of Eight Key", now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the unnamed island included in the
plat known as "BUCCANEER BEACH ESTATES, a Subdivision of Govtt.
Lots 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7, Section 19; Govtt. Lot 14, Section 20; GovIt. Lot 3,
Section 29; & Govtt. Lot 1, Section 30, Twp. 66 S., Rge. 29 E., Middle
Torch Key, Monroe County, Florida", be, and the same is hereby desig-
nated and named "Pieces of Eight Key".
