WHEREAS. Matthew Kaczkowski and Phyllis M. Kaczkowski. his
wife, desire to convey certain lands to the County of Monroe, State of
Florida. for road purposes. and
WHEREAS. the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County.
Florida. desires to accept said conveyance. now. therefore.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following described land in
Monroe County, Florida, described as:
A fifty foot strip of land in a part of Government Lot 2. Section
10, T. 66 S., R. 32 E.. on Key Vaca, Monroe County. Florida
and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as
follows:
Commencing at the Southeast Corner of Tract A of "MEAD
SUBDIVISION". as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 115 of the
Public Records of Monroe County, Florida bear West for a
distance of 100.00 feet to the Point of Beginning of the fifty
foot strip of land hereinafter described; from said Point of
Beginning continue bearing West for a distance of 50 feet to a
point; thence bear North for a distance of 165.30 feet to a point;
thence bear South 89 degrees and 50 minutes East for a distance
of 50 feet to a point; thence bear South for a distance of 165.15
feet, back to the Point of Beginni ng;
being deeded by Matthew Kaczkowski and Phyllis M. Kaczkowski. his wife.
to the County of Monroe. State of Florida, for road purposes, be, and the
same is hereby accepted and approved. and the Chairman and the Clerk of
said Board be, and they are hereby authorized to execute the necessary ac-
ceptance on said deed of conveyance. and cause same to be recorded in the
Public Records of Monroe County, Florida.
