V RESOLUTION NO. 50_1964 WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Monroe County, Florida, at a public hearing on July 24, 1964, duly called and held in accordance with the zoning regulations of Monroe County, Florida and the laws of the State of Florida, considered the request of Elizabeth Ashworth for a change of zoning from Clas sification R U -2 to B U -2 on part of Lots 2, 3, 4. 5 and 6, Block 4. Strattonts Subdivision, Islamorada, Monroe County, Florida, and WHEREAS, after taking testimony for said request and hearing all persons desiring to be heard. said Board granted said request, and WHEREAS, Conrad H. Neuf and Estelle E. Neuf, his wife, and Paul Miller and Esther .Miller, his wife. filed an appeal with the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida. in accordance with the laws applicable thereto. asking said Board to reverse the decision of the Monroe County Zoning Board. and WHEREAS, on September 22. 1964, the Board of County Commissioners heard such appeal, and after reviewing the record and proceedings and action taken at said public hearing held July 24, 1964, and after taking testimony for the action requested in said appeal, and hearing all persons desiring to be heard. voted to reverse the decision of said Zoning Board. and WHEREAS, it is necessary to pass a Resolution reversing the decision of said Zoning Board, now. therefore. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the decision of the Monroe County Zoning Board, made at its public hearing held July 24, 1964. granting the request of Elizabeth Ashworth for a change of zoning from Classification RU -2 to BU-2 on part of Lots 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, Block 4, Stratton's Subdivision, Islamorada, Monroe County, Florida, be. and the same is hereby reversed, and the appeal filed by Conrad H. Neuf and Estelle E. Neuf, his wife. and Paul Miller and Esther Miller, his wife, requesting the Board of County Commissioners to reverse the decision of said Zoning Board. be, and same is hereby granted.
