Resolution 054-1964 RESOLUTION NO. ,.. -1964 WHEREAS, Francelia Barr Dorn; The Webb Properties, Inc., a Florida corporation; Mary L. Monk, a widow, Frederick C. Keys and Virgel C. Keys, his wife; Edward G. Collins and Effie Mae Collins, his wife; George C. Roberts, a widower; George C. Roberts, Jr. and Doro- thy Mae Roberts, his wife; and Rimersburg Coal Company, a Florida cor- poration, desire to convey certain lands to the County of Monroe, State of Florida, for road purposes, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, desires to accept said conveyances, now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following described land in Monroe County, Florida, described as: A 50 foot strip of land in a part of Lot 21 of DORN'S SUB- DIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 56 of the Pub- lic Records of Monroe County, Florida, and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: Commencing at the Northwest Corner of Lot 24, bear South 89 degrees and 23 minutes East fin a distance of 25 feet to a point; thence bear South 00 degrees and 37 minutes West for a distance of 233.15 feet to the Point of Beginning of the 50 foot strip of land hereinafter described; from said Point of Beginning, bear South 89 degrees and 23 minutes East for a distance of 580 feet, more or less, to a point on the shore- line (mangrove fringe); thence meander the shoreline (man- grove fringe) in a southwesterly direction to a point which is 50 feet, measured at right angles to the preceding course; thence bear North 89 degrees and 23 minutes West for a dis- tance of 550 feet, more or less, to a point which is bearing South 00 degrees and 37 minutes West from the Point of Be- ginning; thence bear North 00 degrees and 37 minutes East for a distance of 50 feet, back to the Point of Beginning; being deeded by Francelia Barr Dorn, a widow; The Westerly 25 feet of Lots 19, 20 and 22, abutting and lying adjacent to Francelia Road, as shown on plat of DORN'S SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 56 of the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida; being deeded by Francelia Barr Dorn, a widow; The Westerly 25 feet of Lots 23 and 24, abutting and lying adjacent to Francelia Road, as shown on plat of DORN'S SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 56 of the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida; being deeded by Francelia Barr Dorn, a widow; The Westerly 25 feet of Lot 18, abutting and lying adjacent to Francelia Road, as shown on plat of DORNtS SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 56 of the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida; being deeded by The Webb Properties, Inc., a Florida corporation; The Northerly 50 feet of the following described land: A parcel or tract of land and being known as a part of Government Lot Two (2), Section Nineteen (l9), Township Sixty-six ~6} South of Range Twenty-nine (29) East, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of Section Nine- teen (19), Township Sixty-six (66) South, Range Twenty-nine (29) East; thence West along the North line of the said Sec- tion Nineteen-.(19}, Township Sixty-six (66) South, Range Twenty-nine (29) East, Twelve Hundred Forty-five (1245) feet to a point or place of beginning; from said point or place of beginning run South Five Hundred and Ninety (590) feet, more or less, to the waters edge or shore line; thence meandering the shore line in a Westerly direction to an intersection with the West line of the Northeast Quar- ter of the Northwest Quarter of Section Nineteen (19).
