WHEREAS, Howard E. Wilson and Charlotte Wilson, his wife, and
Pauline Papy, a widow, and. Wilbur E. Jones and Rachel B. Jones, his wife,
desire to convey certain lands to the County of Monroe, State of Florida,
for road purposes, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, desires to accept said conveyance, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following described land in Mon-
roe County, Florida, described as:
From the South end of Catherine Street in DORNrS SUBDIVISION,
according to the plat thereof as. recorded in Plat Book 4 at page
56 of the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida, go North
along the West side of said Catherine Street and continue North
along an imaginary line being an extension of the West side of
Catherine Street to a point on the South line of Government Lot 7,
Section 18., Township 66 South, Range 29 East, which is the
Point of Beginning of the land being herewith conveyed; thence
.continue North on said imaginary line of Catherine Street, ex-
tended, to a point on the .South line of Government Lot 3, Sec-
tion 18., Township 66 South, Range 29 East; thence go West
along the South line of said Government Lot 3 to the Southwest
Corner thereof; thence go North along the West lines of Govern-
ment Lot 3 and Government Lot 2, Section 18, Township 66
South, Range 29 Fast to. the North line of said Government Lot 2;
thence go East along the North line of said Government Lot 2
a distance of 50 ft. to a point; thence go South along a line 5.0
ft. East of and parallel with the West lines of said Government
Lot 2, Section 18, Township 66 South, Range 29 East and Govern-
ment Lot 3, Section 18, Township 66 South, Range 29 East to a
point 50 ft. North of the South line of said Government Lot 3;
thence go East along a line 50 ft. North of and parallel with the
South line of said Government Lot 3 to a point which is 50 ft.
East of the West line of said Catherine Street, extended; thence
go South along an imaginary line which is 50 ft. East of and
parallel with the West line of said Catherine Street, extended,
to a point on the South line of Government Lot 7, Section 18,
Township 66 South, Range 29 East; thence go West along the
South line of said Government Lot 7, to the Point of Beginning;
being deeded by Howard E. Wilson and Charlotte Wilson, his wife, Pauline
Papy, a widow, and Wilbur E.. .Jones and Rachel B. Jones, his wife, to the
County of Monroe, State of Florida, for road purposes, be, and the same is
hereby accepted and approved, and the Chairman and the Clerk of said Board
be, and they are hereby authorized to .execute the necessary acceptance on
said deed of conveyance, and cause same to be recorded in the Public Records
of Monroe County, Florida.
