BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the decision of the Monroe County
Zoning Board, made at its public hearing held November 20, 1964, grant-
ing the request of Blue Water Trailer Village, Inc" for a change of zoning
on Part of Sections 26 and 2 7, Township 62 South, Range 38 East (also
known as the Burton Tract), Key Largo, Monroe County, Florida, from
GU to BU -2 and R U -4, be, and the same is upheld, with the exception of
the above described parcel of land, which is re -zoned RU -1, and the appeal
filed by Tavernier Corporation, a Florida corporation, by A. M, Cunning-
ham, President, requesting the Board of County Commissioners to reverse
the decision of said Zoning Board, be, and the same is hereby denied in part
and granted in part, as hereinbefore set forth.
