KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS of this Personal Representative's
Deed made as of this J4t:h. day of July, 2004, between Joan S. Wagner, Ace J.
Blackburn, Jr., Gus Morfidis and Chris A. Economou, as Personal Representatives of
the ESTATE OF KONSTANTINOS BOULlS A/KA GUS BOULlS, deceased,
hereinafter referred to as "Grantor" and Monroe County Board of County
Commissioners. hereinafter referred to as "Grantee", whose mailing address is 500

WIT N E SSE T H:
For good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, the Grantor hereby grants, bargains, sells, conveys and confirms unto
the Grantee all of that certain real estate located in Monroe County, Florida more
particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof
Together with all of the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
belonging or in anywise appertaining, to have and to hold the same in fee simple
forever; however, subject those matters set forth on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and
made a part hereof.

This deed is executed pursuant to, and in the exercise of, the power and
authority granted to and vested in the Grantor by operation of law in connection with
the probate of the above-described decedent's estate, and nothing contained herein
shall be deemed to create any personal liability or obligation on the part of the
Grantor, it being understood that Grantor has executed this deed in its representative
capacity only.
THIS DEED may be executed in any number of counterparts, anyone of
which shall be deemed an original and when the signature pages are combined, shall
constitute one instrument.
