Grant Agreement No. 3-12-0044-020-2004 between Monroe County and the Federal Aviation Administration to fund rehabilitation of General Aviation apron, terminal roof, and Taxiway lighting at the Marathon Airport. Grant Agreement No. 3-12-0037-025-2004 between Monroe County and the Federal Aviation Adminstration to fund noise mitigation measure phase 3 construction, and Noise Compatibility Plan Study update. Grant Agreement No. 3-12-0037-024-2004 between Monroe County and the Federal Aviation Administration to fund rehabilitation of Customs area, Environmental Mitigation, Sealcoat Apron, rehabilitate Taxiway, perimeter fencing, and pavement sweeper. Grant Agreement No. 3-12-0037-023-2004 between Monroe County and the Federal Aviation Administration to fund Terminal Building design and permitting, Environmental Assessment (RSA) and permitting, conduct Wildlife Survey, Video Ground Training Equipment. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration Date of Offer: July 23. 2004 Project Number: Recipient: Airport: 3-12.0037-025.2004 Monroe County Board of County Commissioners (Herein called Sponsor) Key West International Airport OFFER THE FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION, FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE UNITED STATES, HEREBY OFFERS AND AGREES to pay, as the United States' share, ninety five percent (95%) of the allowable costs incurred in accomplishing the project consisting of the following: "Noise Mitigation Measures for Residences: Phase 3-Construction (50 homes); Conduct Noise Compatibility Plan Study Update" as more particularly described in the Project Application dated July 14, 2004. The maximum obligation of the United States payable under this Offer shall be $2,371,827 for airport development. This offer is made in accordance with and for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of Title 49, United States Code, herein called Title 49 U.S.C. Acceptance and execution of this offer shall comprise a Grant Agreement. as provided by Title 49 U.S.C., constituting the contractual obligations and rights of the United States and the Sponsor. Further, I have examined the foregoing Grant Agreement. and the actions taken by said Sponsor relating thereto, and find that the acceptance thereof by said Sponsor and Sponsor's official representative has been duly authorized and that the execution thereof is in all respects due and proper and in accordance with the laws of the said State and Title 49 U.S.C. In addition, for grants involving projects to be carried out on property not owned by the Sponsor, there are no legal impediments that will prevent full performance by the Sponsor.
