RESOLUTION NO. 252 -1993
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 202-1991 DOUBLING THE VARIOUS
PICK- UP FEES FOR ANIMALS AT LARGE IF THE
ANIMAL PICKED UP IS NOT VACCINATED FOR RABIES
WHEREAS, extra care and time must be taken, and hence extra
cost is incurred, by the County in picking up and handling
animals at large which are not vaccinated for rabies; and
WHEREAS, Sec. 3-3(2), Monroe County Code, allows the Board
of County Commissioners to impose by resolution a reasonable fee
for the service of impounding animals, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA,
Section 1.
Resolution No. 202-1991 is hereby amended to
read as follows:

The pick-up fees set forth above shall be
doubled if the animal picked up was not
vaccinated for rabies.
