RESOLUTION NO.
1 -1965
WHEREAS, James Clifton Russell and Oma S. Russell, his wife, and
Howard Bernard Russell and Lauriette Russell, his wife, desire to convey
certain lands to the County of Monroe, State of Florida, for road purposes, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, desires to accept said conveyances, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following described land in Mon-
roe County, Florida, described as:
A tract of land located in Sec. 27 T. 63 S., R. 37 E., Upper
Matecumbe Key, Monroe Co., Fla., more particularly de-
scribed as follows: From the intersection of the NWty right
of way line of State Road.,No. 5 (former F E CRy) with the
NEly side of North Hammock Road, as shown on plat of "The
Hammock", recorded in Plat Book 3 at Page 50, Public Re-
cords of Monroe Co., Fla., run NEly along said NWly right
of way line, a distance of 318.95 ft. to the point of beginning
of the tract hereinafter described; thence continue NEly on
said NWly r/w line, a distance of 35 ft.; thence NWly at right
angles to said NWly r/w line, a distance of 770.46 ft. to the
North line of said Sec. 27; thence West on the said North line
of Sec. 27, a distance of 21.5 ft. more or less to a point of
intersection with a line which is 385 ft. NWly from and parallel
to the said NWly r/w line of State Road No.5; thence SWly along
said line parallel to said NWly r /w line, a distance of 175. 16 ft.;
thence SEly at right angles to last described course, a distance
of 32.5 ft.; thence NEly and parallel to said NWly r/w line, a
distance of 156.1 ft.; thence SEly at right angles to said NWly
r /w line, a distance of 752.5 ft. to the point of beginning,
being deeded by James Clifton Russell and Oma S. Russell, his wife; and
A tract of land located in Sec.,27, T. 63S., R. 37E., Upper
Matecumbe Key, Monroe Co., Fla., more particularly de-
scribed as follows: From the intersection of the NWly right of
way line of State Road No. 5 {former F E CRy} with the NEly
side of North Hammock Road, as shown on plat of "The Hammock",
recorded in Plat Book 3 at Page 50, Public Records of Monroe
Co., Fla., run NWly at right angles and along the said NEly side
of North Hammock Road, a distance of 752.5 ft. to the point of
beginning of the tract hereinafter described; thence continue
NWly on prolongation of last described course, a distance of
32.5 ft.; thence NEly at right angles to last described course,
a distance of 162.85 ft. ; thence SEly and parallel to North Ham-
mock Road, a distance of 32.5 ft.; thence SWly at right angles
to North Hammock Road, a distance of 162.85 ft. to the point
of beginning,
being deeded by Howard Bernard Russell and Lauriette Russell, his wife, to
the County of Monroe, State of Florida, for road purposes, be, and the same
are hereby accepted and approved, and the Chairman and the Clerk of the
said Board be, and they are hereby authorized to execute the necessary
acceptance on said deeds of conveyance, and cause same to be recorded
in the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida.

sors and assigns forever, all that certain parcel of land lying and being in the
County of Monroe and State of Florida, more particularly
