RESOLUTION NO.
17 -1965
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida desires to renounce and disclaim any right of the County and the
public in and to the hereinafter described street, alley-way, road or high-
way as delineated on the hereinafter described map or plat, and
WHEREAS, under Chapter 336, Florida Statutes 1963, it is neces-
sary to hold a public hearing after publishing due notice of said hearing in
accordance with said Chapter, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that at 2:00 P. M. Tuesday, March 23,
1965, said Board will hold a public hearing to determine whether or not
said Board will renounce and disclaim any right of the County and the pub-
lic in and to the following described street, alley-way, road or highway:
That portion of Sunset Lane adjacent to part of Lot 8,
and Lots 9, 10, 11 and 12, as shown on Sunset Point
Addition, a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 3, page
41 of the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida,
and the 10 foot strip in Parcel A, adjacent to said lane,
as shown on Sunset Point, a subdivision recorded in
Plat Book 2, page 81, Public Records of Monroe County,
Florida.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and he is hereby ordered to publish notice of said meeting in
accordance with the provisions of Chapter 336, Florida Statutes 1963.
