Resolution 020-1965 RESOLUTION NO. 20 -1965 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, by Resolution No. 1-1965, accepted a conveyance of land for road purposes from James Clifton Russell and Oma S. Russell, his wife, and Howard Bernard Russell and Lauriette Russell, his wife, and WHEREAS, there was an error in the description of the property conveyed by James Clifton Russell and Oma S. Russell, his wife, and WHEREAS, the said James Clifton Russell and Oma S. Russell, his wife, desire to give the County of Monroe, State of Florida, a corrective deed for said property, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, desires to accept said corrective deed, now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following described land in Monroe County, Florida: A tract of land located in Sec. 27 T. 63 S., R. 37 E., Upper Matecumbe Key, Monroe Co., Fla., more particularly de- scribed as follows: From the intersection of the NWly right of way line of State Road No. 5 (former F E CRy) with the NEly side of North Hammock Road, as shown on plat of "The Hammock", recorded in Plat Book 3 at Page 50, Public Re- cords of Monroe Co., Fla., run NEly along said NWly right of way line, a distance of 318.95 ft. to the point of beginning of the tract hereinafter described; thence continue NEly on said NWly r /w line, a distance of 35 ft.; thence NWly at right angles to said NWly r /w line, a distance of 770.46 ft. to the North line of said Sec. 27; thence West on the said North line of Sec. 27, a distanc e of 21. 5 ft. more or les s to a point of intersection with a line which is 785 ft. NWly from and parallel to the said NWly r/w line of State Road No.5; thence SWly along said line parallel to said NWly r /w line, a distance of 175. 16 ft. ; thence SEly at right angles to last described course, a distance of 32.5 ft. ; thence NEly and parallel to said NWly r /w line, a distance of 156.1 ft.; thence SEly at right angles to said NWly r /w line, a distance of 752.5 ft. to the point of beginning; being deeded by corrective deed by James Clifton Russell and Oma S. Russell, his wife, to the County of Monroe, State of Florida, for road purposes, be, and the same is hereby accepted and approved, and the Chairman and the Clerk of said Board be, and they are hereby authorized to execute the neces- sary acceptance on said deed, and cause same to be recorded in the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida.
