RESOLUTION NO. 37 -1965
RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Board of County Commissioners
of Monroe County, Florida to make budgeted transfers previously set up
in the Monroe County Budget for the year 1964-65, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the budgeted transfers previously
set up in the Monroe County Budget for the year 1964-65, in the amounts
hereinafter set forth, be transferred to and from the following funds:
GENERAL REVENUE FUND
Transfer from Item #211, Salaries and Travel Expense, County
Commissioners, the sum of $1,000.00 to Item #241, Maintenance
of Court House.
Transfer from Item #272, Travel and Expenses, State Repre-
sentatives, the sum of $4,000.00 to Item #241, Maintenance of
Court House.
Transfer from Item #811, Capital Outlay, Court House, the sum
of $4,000.00 to Item #270, Supplies and Expenses, Other County
Offices.
Transfer from Item #563, Relief Allowance, the sum of $1,000.00
to Item #683, Recreation, Parks and Beaches.
Transfer from Item #227, Inquests, the sum of $500.00 to
Item #225, Commissions, Tax Collector.
Transfer from Item #369, Other Law Enforcement Supplies and
Expenses, the sum of $1,500.00 to Item #225, Commissions,
Tax Collector.
Transfer from Item #369, Other Law Enforcement Supplies and
Expenses, the sum of $2,000.00 to Item #270, Supplies and Ex-
penses, Other County Offices.
Transfer from Item #671, Expenses, County Service Officer,
the sum of $917.65 to Item #262, Legal Advertising and Expenses.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and he is hereby authorized to take the necessary action to effect
the transfer of funds as hereinbefore set forth.
