Resolution 100-1965WV RESOLUTION NO. 100 -1965 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida has been petitioned to renounce and disclaim any right of the Coun- ty and the public in and to the hereinafter described street, alley -way, road or highway as. delineated on the hereinafter described map or plat, and WHEREAS, due notice has been published and a public hearing has been held in accordance with Chapter 336, Florida Statutes, and WHEREAS, at said public hearing no objections were made to the re- nouncing and disclaiming of any right of the County and the public in and to the hereinafter described street, alley -way, road or highway as delineated on the hereinafter described map or plat, now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that said Board hereby renounces and disclaims any right of the County and the public in and to the following de- scribed street, alley -way, road or highway as delineated on the hereinafter described map or plat, to -wit: A portion of Magnolia Drive, as shown on plat of Taver- nier on Key Largo, recorded in Plat Book 1 at Page 105, Public Records .of Monroe Go., Fla. Begin at the Southwest corner of Lot 20 of Block 3, accor- ding to said plat of Tavernier, and run Northeasterly along the Westerly side of Lots 20, 21 and 22, Blk. 3, a distance of 155 ft. to the Northwesterly corner of said Blk. 3; thence North at right angles to the North line of Missouri Avenue, as shown on said plat of Tavernier, a distance of 25 ft. to the said North line of Missouri Avenue on the dividing line between Sections 27 and 34 in Twp. 62 S, Rge. 38 E; thence West on said North line of Mis.souri Avenue, a distance of 33 ft. more or less to the Northwesterly side of Magnolia Drive, as shown on said plat of Tavernier; thence South- westerly along the said Northwesterly side of Magnolia Drive, a distance of 183 ft. more or less. to its intersection with the Northwesterly extension of the Northerly right of way line of Georgia Avenue; thence proceed Southeasterly along said Northwesterly extension, a distance of 103. ft. more or less to the point of beginning. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said Board be, and he is hereby ordered to publish notice of the adoption of this
