WHEREAS, it is necessary to create items under the Supplement to
the General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1965-66
to account for unanticipated funds received from the Federal Government
Library Grant through the State of Florida, and a State Book Grant, now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONR.OE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That there is hereby created under "Income" in the Supplement to
the General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1965-66
an item to be known as Item #100, Federal Library Grant through the State
of Florida, which said item shall contain the sum of $13, 682. 00.
2. That there is hereby created under "Income" in the Supplement to
the General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1965-66
an item to be known as Item #100. 01, State Grant for Books, which said item
shall contain the sum of $4, 792. 00.
3. That there is hereby created under "Expenditures" in the Supple-
ment to the General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year
1965-66 an item to be known as Item #677. 02, Federal Library Grant through
the State of Florida, which said item shall contain the. sum of $13, 682. 00.
4. That there is hereby created under "Expenditures" in the Supple-
ment to the General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year
1965-66 an item to be known as Item #677. 03, State Grant for Books, which
said item shall contain the sum of $4, 792. 00.
5. That upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds, the Clerk of
said Board be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds
in said newly created items, as set forth above.
