RESOLUTION NO. 45 -1966
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida desires to renounce and disclaim any right of the County and the
public in and to the hereinafter described street, alley -way, road or high-
way as delineated on the hereinafter described map or plat, and
WHEREAS, under Chapter 336, Florida ,statutes, it is necessary to
hold a public hearing after publishing due notice of said hearing in accord-
ance with said Chapter, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that at 8:00 P. M. Tuesday, September
13, 1966, said Board will hold a public hearing to determine whether or not
said Board will renounce and disclaim any right of the County and the public
in and to the following described street, alley -way, road or highway:
That certain unnamed street lying between Lot 11 of Block 1
and Lot 1 of Block 3 of STRATTON SUBDIVISION, on Upper
Matecumbe Key, according to Plat recorded in Plat Book 2,
Page 38, Public Records of Monroe County, Florida.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and he is hereby ordered to publish notice of said meeting in ac-
cordance with the provisions of Chapter 336, Florida Statutes.
