WHEREAS,. the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida desires to renounce and disclaim any right of the County and the
public in and to the hereinafter described street, alley -way, road or high-
way as delineated on the hereinafter described map or plat, and
WHEREAS, under Chapter 336, Florida Statutes, it is necessary to
hold a public hearing after publishing due notice of said hearing in accord-
ance with said Chapter, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that at 8:00 P.M. Tuesday, September
13, 1966, said Board will hold a public hearing to determine whether or not
said Board will renounce and disclaim any right of the County and the public
in and to the following described street, alley -way, road or highway:
A portion of Kay Drive, as shown on the plats of Key Largo
Trailer Village as recorded in Plat Book 5 at page 43 of the
Public Records of Monroe Co., and Key Largo Trailer Vil-
lage First Addition as recorded in Plat Book 5 at page 55 of
the Public Records of Monroe County, on Key Largo, Monroe
Co., Florida and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the Northerly Right of Way line
of Avenue D and the Easterly Right of Way line of Kay Drive of
said plat of Key Largo Trailer Village as recorded in Plat Book
5 at page 43; thence proceed in a Westerly direction along the
extension of said Northerly Right of Way line of Avenue D 40
feet to the Westerly Right of Way line of Kay Drive of said plat
of Key Largo Trailer Village First Addition as recorded in Plat
Book 5 at page 55; thence proceed in a Northerly direction along
said Westerly Right of Way line of Kay Drive 15 feet more or
less to the Mean High Tide Line of Tarpon Basin; thence proceed
in an Easterly direction along said Mean High Tide Line to the
Easterly Right of Way line of Kay Drive; thence proceed in a
Southerly direction along said Easterly Right of Way line of Kay
Drive 30 feet more or less to the Point of Beginning.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and he is hereby ordered to publish notice of said meeting in ac-
cordance with the provisions of Chapter 336, Florida Statutes.
