Resolution 069-1966 RESOLUTION NO. 69 -1966 WHEREAS, Helen H. Fleming and George D. Fleming, Jr., her hus';' band, Salvatore Maiorana and Milly Maiorana, his wife, Walter M. Olson and Clarice R. Olson, his wife, and James G. Bennett and Daisy S. Bennett, his wife, desire to convey certain lands to the County of Monroe, State of Florida, for road purposes, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida desires to accept said conveyances, now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following described land in Mon- roe County, Florida, to-wit: The Westerly 5" of Lot 12, Block 14, of FIRST ADDITION TO PIRATES COVE, a subdivision on Key Largo, Monroe County, Florida, according to a plat thereof, recorded among the Pub- lic Records of Monroe County, Florida in Plat Book 3, Page 87, said 5" being adjacent to and abutting on Jolly Roger Drive in said subdivision; being deeded by Helen H. Fleming and George D. Fleming, Jr., her husband; The Westerly 5" of Lots 7 and 8, Block 14, of FIRST ADDITION TO PIRATES COVE, a subdivision on Key Largo, Monroe County, Florida, according to a plat thereof, recorded among the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida in Plat Book 3, Page 87, said 5" being adjacent to and abutting on Jolly Roger Drive in said sub- division; being deeded by Salvatore Maiorana and Milly Maiorana, his wife; The Westerly 5" of Lot 11, Block 14, of FIRST ADDITION TO PIRATES COVE, a subdivision on Key Largo, Monroe County, Florida, according to a plat thereof, recorded among the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida in Plat Book 3, Page 87, said 5" being adjacent to and abutting on Jolly Roger Drive in said subdivision; being deeded by Walter M. Olson and Clarice R. Olson, his wife; and The Westerly 5" of Lots 9 and 10, Block 14, of FIRST ADDITION TO PIRATES COVE, a subdivision on Key Largo, Monroe County, Florida, according to a plat thereof, recorded among the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida in Plat Book 3, Page 87, said 5" being adjacent to and abutting on Jolly Roger Drive in said sub- division; being deeded by James G. Bennett and Daisy S. Bennett, his wife, to the County of Monroe, State of Florida, for road purposes, be, and the same are hereby accepted and approved, and the Chairman and the Clerk of the Board be, and they are hereby authorized to execute the necessary acceptance on said deeds of conveyance, and cause same to be recorded in the Public Records of Mon- roe County, Florida.
