WHEREAS, Riley -Field Co. , a Florida corporation, desires to convey
certain lands to the County of Monroe, State of Florida, for road purposes,
and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida desires to accept such conveyance, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following described land in Mon-
roe County, Florida, to -wit:
The north 37. 50 feet of the northeast 1/4 of Section 27,
Township 59 South, Range 40 east as measured at right
angles to the north line of said northeast 1/4 of Section 27;
A portion of Section 26, Township 59 South, Range 40 East
described as:
Beginning at the northwest corner of said Section 26, thence
run S 00 17103" East along the west line of said Section 26
for a distance of 37. 51 feet to a point; thence run North
88°41'38" East parallel to and 37. 50 feet south of the north
line of said Section 26, for a distance of 1033. 96 feet to the
point of curvature of a circular curve to the left; thence run
along the arc of said circular curve to the left having for its
elements a radius of 4621. 16 feet and a central angle of
7° 1811511, for a distance of 589. 11 feet to a point on the North
line of said Section 26; thence run.South 88°41138" West along
the north line of said Section 26 for a distance of 1622. 52 feet
to the point of beginning;
The above described property contains 3. 53 acres more or less;

A strip of land 75 feet in width lying wholly and only within
the Southeast 1/4 of Section 23, the SW 1/4 of Section 24, and
the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 24, all in
Township 59 South, Range 40 East, as measured at right an-
gles to the following described centerline:
Commence at the southwest corner of said Section 23, and
run North 88°411, 38" East along the south line of Section 23,
for a distance of 1618. 12 feet to a point; thence, leaving the
south line of Section 23, run North 74011138" East for a dis-
tance of 1060. 80 feet to a point of beginning, said point of be-
ginning being on the west line of the southeast one quarter of
Section 23; thence run North 74" 11138" East for a distance of

elements a radius of 2083. 48 feet and a central angle of
28020100/1 for a distance of 1030. 30 feet to a point of tangency;
thence run tangent to said circular curve to the right, South

termination, said point of termination being on the- west line
of said Government Lot 1, Section 24;

A strip of land 75 feet in width lying wholly and only within
the south 350 feet of Government Lot 1, otherwise known as
the east 1 /2 of the southeast 1/4 of Section 24, Township 59
South, Range 40 east, as measured at right angles to the
following described centerline:
Commencing at the southwest corner of the southeast 1/4 of
said Section 24 and run north 88°41127" east along the south
line of said Section 24 for a distance of 1363. 05 feet to the
southwest corner of said Government Lot 1; thence leaving the
south line of said Section 24 run north 10 17145" west along the
west,line of said Government Lot 1, for a distance of 447. 15
feet to a point; thence leaving the west line of said Government
Lot 1, run south 62°58122" east for a distance of 204. 68 feet
to the point .of beginning of said centerline, said point of be-
ginning being on a line 350 feet north of and parallel to, the
south line of said Section 24. Thence run south 62°58'22"
east for a distance of 404 feet, more or less to a point of
termination of said centerline on the shore of the Atlantic Ocean.
The above described property contains 0. 70 acres more or less;
being deeded by Riley -Field Co. , a.Florida corporation, to the County of Mon-
roe, State of Florida, for road purposes, be, and the same is hereby accepted
and approved, and the Chairman and the Clerk of the Board be, and they are
hereby authorized to execute the necessary acceptance on said deed of con-
veyance, and cause same to be recorded in the Public Records of Monroe
County, Florida.
