WHEREAS, Walter John Driscoll, individually and as Trustee, and
Elizabeth Driscoll, his wife, desire to convey certain lands to the County
of Monroe, State of Florida, for road purposes, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida desires to accept such conveyance, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following described land in Mon-
roe County, Florida, to-wit:
A strip of land 75 feet in width lying wholly and only within
Sections 22, 26 and 27 and the SW 1/4 of Section 23, Town-
ship 59 South, Range 40 East, as measured at right angles
to the following described centerline:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Section 22, Township
59 South, Range 40 East and run N 88041'38" E along the
south line of said Section 22 for a distance of 5280. 00 feet
to the southwest corner of Section 23, Township 59 South,
Range 40 East; thence continue N 88041'38" E along the south
line of said Section 23 for a distance of 1035.00 feet to the
point of curvature of a circular curve to the left; thence,
leaving the south line of said Section 23, run along the arc
of said circular curve to the left, having for its elements a
radius of 4583.66 feet and a central angle of 14030'001', for
a distance of 1160, 00 feet to a point of tangency; 11hence run,
tangent to said curve to the left, N 74011'38" E for a distance
of 477.68 feet to a point on the east line of the SW 1/4 of Sec-
tion 23, said point being the point of termination of said cen-
terline;
Less the north 37.50 feet of the NE 1/4 of Section 27, Town-
ship 59 South, Range 40 East as measured at right angles to
the north line of the said NE 1/4 of said Section 27, and less
the following described parcel:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Section 26, Township 59
South, Range 40 East; thence run S 0017103" E, along the
west line of said Section 26 for a distance of 37.51 feet to a
point; thence run N 8804113811 E, parallel to and 37.50 feet
south of the north line of said Section 26 for a distance of
1033.96 feet to the point of curvature of a circular curve to
the left; thence run along the arc of said circular curve to
the left, having for its elements a radius of 4621. 16 feet and
a central angle of 7018'15", a distance of 589, 11 feet to a
point on the north line of said Section 26; thence run S 88041138"
W, along the north line of said Section 26, for a distance of
1622.52 feet to the point of beginning.
The above-described property contains 10. 16 net acres, more
or less;

A strip of land 75 feet in width lying wholly and only within
Government Lot 1, otherwise known as the east one half of
the southeast quarter of Section 24, Township 95 South, Range
40 East, less the South 350 feet thereof as measured at right
angles to the following described centerline:
Commence at the southwest corner of the southeast quarter
of Section 24, Township 59 South, Range 40 East, and run
N 88041127" E along the south line of said Section 24 for a
distance of 1363.05 feet to the southwest corner of Govern-
ment Lot 1; thence leaving the south line of said Section 24,
run N 1017'45" W along the west line of said Government Lot
1, for a distance of 447.15 feet to a point of beginning of said
centerline to be described; thence run S 62058'2211 E for a
distance of 204.68 feet to a point on a line 350 feet north of,
and parallel to, the south line of said Section 24, said point
being the point of termination;
being deeded by Walter John Driscoll, individually and as Trustee, and
Elizabeth Driscoll, his wife, to the County of Monroe, State of Florida, for
road purposes, be, and the same is hereby accepted and approved, and the
Chairman and the Clerk of the Board be, and they are hereby authorized to
execute the necessary acceptance on said deed of conveyance, and cause
same to be recorded in the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida.
