Resolution 012-1967 '-=..: RESOLUTION NO, 12-1967 WHEREAS, Alice L. Lowe, Claude F, Lowe and John F. Harkness, as last surviving Directors and Trustees of Tavernier Enterprises, Inc., a dissolved Florida corporation, desire to convey certain lands to the Coun- ty of Monroe, State of Florida, for road purposes, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida desires to accept said conveyance, now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNT Y COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following described land in Monroe County, Florida, to-wit: Beginning at a point on the west line of Section 33, Twp. 62 South, Range 38 East, Monroe County, Florida, said point being 844.3 feet North of the southwest corner of Section 33, as shown on Plat of Survey of Roger L, Albury and Sarah Albury, and Alec DeBrocq Property, recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 51, Public Records of Monroe County, Florida. Thence North along said west line of Section 33, 350.8 feet more or less to a point; thence North 80 degrees 30 minutes East 25.35 feet to a point; thence South on a line 25 feet easterly of, and parallel to the West line of Section 33, 352.10 feet more or less to a point; thence South 83 degrees 30 minutes West 25. 16 feet to the Point of Beginning, contain- ing 0.20 acres, more or less, being deeded by Alice L, Lowe, Claude F. Lowe and John F. Harkness, as last surviving Directors and Trustees of Tavernier Enterprises, Inc., a dissolved Florida corporation, to the County of Monroe, State of Florida, for road purposes, be, and the same is hereby accepted and approved, and the Chairman and the Clerk of the Board be, and they are hereby authorized to execute the necessary acceptance on said deed of conveyance, and cause same to be recorded in the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida.
