WHEREAS, Frank Gordon has petitioned the Board of County Com-
missioners of Monroe County, Florida to vacate a certain plat as herein-
after described, and
WHEREAS, the said Frank Gordon has duly published notice of
his intention to apply to the Board of County Commissioners for the vaca-
tion of said plat, and
WHEREAS, the said Frank Gordon has furnished said Board of
County Commissioners with Proof of Publication of his intention to vacate
said plat, together with receipted tax bills showing that all State and Coun-
ty taxes have been paid on the lands sought to be vacated, and
WHEREAS, the said Frank Gordon is the owner in fee simple of
said plat sought to be vacated, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following plat, located in Mon-
roe County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Leitner's Subdivision, a subdivision in Sec. 32, Twp. 61 S. ,
Rge. 39 E., Key Largo, Monroe County, Florida, as re-
corded in Plat Book 3, page 177, of the Public Records of
Monroe County, Florida
be, and the same is hereby vacated, and said plat is hereby returned into
acreage for the purpose of taxation.
