RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT FOR RECORD
WHEREAS, Joe Pearlman's, Inc., a Florida corporation, has re-
quested that the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Flori-
da approve for record in accordance with Chapter 177, Florida Statutes,
a plat known as "PEARLMAN ESTATES - THIRD ADDITION, a Subdivi-
sion of Parcel No. 20, "Plat of Survey", Plat Book 4-69, Key West, Mon-
roe County, Florida", and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Key West, Florida
has approved said plat, by Resolution No. 67-41, passed and adopted on
the 17th day of May, A. D. 1967, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the plat known as "PEARLMAN
ESTATES - THIRD ADDITION, a Subdivision of Parcel No. 20, "Plat
of Survey", Plat Book 4-69, Key West, Monroe County, Florida" be,
and the same is hereby approved for record, and the Chairman and the
Clerk of said Board are hereby authorized to sign the certificate of ap-
proval on said plat.
