Graham, a single woman, Nimia A. Sikes, a widow, Dalbert D. Bethel and
Rose G. Bethel, his wife, James W. White and Lorraine E. White, his wife,
Wilford Fournier, a single man, Jean Richardson, a widow, Harry W. Drey-
er, a single man, and Indian Mound Estates, Inc., a Florida corporation,
desire to convey certain lands to the County of Monroe, State of Florida, for
road purposes, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida desires to accept said conveyances, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following described land in Mon-
roe County, Florida, to-wit:
All the streets in that certain subdivision known as INDIAN
MOUND ESTATES, a Subdivision of Part of Gov1t. Lots 1,
6 & 7, Section 25, Twp. 66 S., Rge 27 E., Sugarloaf Key,
Monroe County, Florida, as recorded in Plat Book 4, page
132, Public Records of Monroe County, Florida,
being deeded by the above mentioned parties to the County of Monroe, State
of Florida, for road purposes, be, and the same are hereby approved and
accepted, and the Chairman and the Clerk of said Board be, and they are
hereby authorized to execute the necessary acceptance on said deeds of con-
veyance, and cause same to be recorded in the Public Records of Monroe
County, Florida.
