Resolution 020-19680 • RESOLUTION NO. 20 -1968 WHEREAS, Ray Berrin and Henry Katz, Trustees, have petitioned the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida to vacate a portion of a certain plat as hereinafter described, and WHEREAS, the said Ray Berrin and Henry Katz have duly published notice of their intention to apply to the Board of County Commissioners for the vacation of said portion of said plat, and WHEREAS, the said Ray Berrin and Henry Katz have furnished said Board of County Commissioners with Proof of Publication of notice of their intention to vacate said portion of said plat, together with receipted tax bills showing that all State and County Taxes have been paid on the lands sought to be vacated, and WHEREAS, the said Ray Berrin and Henry Katz are the owners of the fee simple title to all lands in the portion of said plat sought to be va- cated, as Trustees, having been deeded said lands by the owners thereof in trust, now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following described portion of a plat known as ''Fisherman's Paradise Subdivision'', more particularly de- scribed as follows: All of the Plat known as FISHERMAN'S PARADISE SUB- DIVISION, a Subdivision of the S. E. 1 /4 - N. W. 1 /4 - Section 13 - Twp. 59 S. - Rge. 40 E. on Key Largo, Monroe County, Florida, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 176, Public Records of Monroe County, Florida, EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion of Lot 2 of said Plat deeded to the Florida Keys Aqueduct Commission by Warranty Deed recorded in Official Record Book 282, pages 588/589, inclusive, of the Public Records of Mon- roe County, Florida, and that portion of State Road 5-905 as shown on said Plat be, and the same is hereby vacated, and said portion of said plat is hereby returned into acreage for the purpose of taxation.
