RESOLUTION NO. 27 -1968
WHEREAS, L. C. Santini has petitioned the Board of County Com-
missioners of Monroe County, Florida to vacate a portion of a certain plat
as hereinafter described, and
WHEREAS, the said L. C. Santini has duly published notice of his
intention to apply to the Board of County Commissioners for the vacation
of said portion of said plat, and
WHEREAS, the said L. C. Santini has furnished said Board of County
Commissioners with Proof of Publication of notice of his intention to vacate
said portion of said plat, together with receipted tax bills showing that all
State and County Taxes have been paid on the lands sought to be vacated,
and
WHEREAS, the said L. C. Santini is the owner of the fee simple title
to all lands in the portion of said plat sought to be vacated, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following described portion of
a plat known as "El Dorado Heights", more particularly describErl as follows:
All of Square One (1) of El Dorado Heights, Sec. 32,
Twp. 61 S., Rge. 39 E., Key Largo, Monroe County,
Florida, as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 203, of the
Public Records of Monroe County, Florida,
be, and the same is hereby vacated, and said portion of said plat is hereby
returned into acreage for the purpose of taxation.
