RESOLUTION NO. 42 -1968
RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Board of County Commissioners
of Monroe County, Florida to make budgeted transfers previously set up in
the Monroe County Budget for the year 1967-68, and to create new items in
said Budget, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the budgeted transfers previously
set up in the Monroe County Budget for the year 1967-68 in the amounts
hereinafter set forth be transferred to and from the following funds:
MONROE COUNTY CARD SOUND BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION
TRUST FUND
Transfer from Item #901. 96, Contingency, the sum of $500.00
to Item #793.12, Paying Agent's Fees.
GENERAL REVENUE FUND
Transfer from Item #201. 14, Supplies Not Otherwise Specified,
the sum of $200.00 to Item #673. 08, Insurance and Bonds.
Transfer from Item #673. 04, Travel and Auto Allowance, the
sum of $50.00 to Item #673.22, Maintenance of Buildings.
Transfer from Item #208.0801, Insurance and Bonds, the sum
of $25.00 to Item #208.11, Communications.
Transfer from Item #202. 12, Commissions, Fees and Costs,
the sum of $400.00 to Item #202. 0801, Insurance and Bonds.
Transfer from Item #901. 98, Transfer of Funds to Fine and
Forfeiture Fund - Sheriff's Budget, the sum of $100.00 to
Item #208.85, Books, Maps, Plates, Newspapers and Magazines.
Transfer from Item #211. 11, Communications, the sum of $8.00
to Item #211.04, Travel and Auto Allowance.
Transfer from Item #201. 85, Books, Maps, Plates, Newspapers
and Magazines, the sum of $25.00 to Item #211. 08, Insurance
and Bonds.
ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND
Transfer from Item #452. 81, Roads Built by Contract, the sum
of $1, 500. 00 to Item #452.12, Services, Engineers and Associates.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of
said Board be, and he is hereby authorized to take the necessary action
to effect the transfer of funds as hereinbefore set forth.
