RESOLUTION NO. 45 -1968
RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Board of County Commissioners
of Monroe County, Florida to make budgeted transfers previously set up in
the Monroe County Budget for the year 1967-68, and to create new items in
said Budget, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the budgeted transfers previously
set up in the Monroe County Budget for the year 1967-68 in the amounts
hereinafter set forth be transferred to and from the following funds:
GENERAL REVENUE FUND
Transfer from Item #206. 08, Insurance and Bonds, the sum of
$150. 00 to Item #206. 04, Travel and Auto Allowance.
Transfer from Item #559. 25, Medical and Surgical Supplies
and Expenses, the sum of $250. 00 to newly created Item #559.44,
Transportation.
Transfer from Item #901. 98, Transfer of Funds to Fine and For-
feiture Fund, the sum of $100. 00 to Item #208. 11, Communications.
Transfer from Item #213. 11, Communications, the sum of $100. 00
to newly created Item #213. 85, Books, Maps, Plates, Newspapers
and Magazines.
Transfer from Item #901. 98, Transfer of Funds to Fine and For-
feiture Fund, the sum of $100. 00 to Item .#206. 04, Travel and
Auto Allowance.
Transfer from Item #228. 28, Rents on Polling Places, the sum of
$300. 00 to Item #228. 23, Maintenance of Equipment.
Transfer from Item #228. 04, Travel and Auto Allowance, the sum
of $150. 00 to Item #228. 23, Maintenance of Equipment.
Transfer from Item #201. 10, Legal Advertising, the sum of $620. 00
to newly created Item #201. 12, Commissions, Fees and Costs.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and he is hereby authorized to take the necessary action to effect
the transfer of funds as hereinbefore set forth.
